Hard to go wrong with the Roots and Jim James. After revealing the tracklisting for How I Got Over earlier this week, the one and only Roots crew finally released their much- buzzed-about re-working of Monster of Folk's "Dear God (Sincerely M.O.F.)". Black Thought sounds on point lyrically (adding a more gritty delivery with it), James delivers a pitch-perfect hook, and ?uestlove adds to the cut's dreamy feel with a genius beat that only he could think up. This one straight kills it...can't wait to get my hands on How I Got Over, hitting stores June 22nd.
