According to this article, a state school for the mentally handicapped in Corpus Christi staged a fight club amongst their clients. I may be biased since I have a brother with a disability, but I'm thoroughly sickened by this. I was hesitant to even post this, but I felt it was necessary for people to know that abuse to the mentally disabled happens and actually isn't all that uncommon. I like to believe in the intrinsic good in people, but these kind of things make me wonder if that is foolish, naive, or just plain wrong.
A bit of a late night bummer. At least these twisted fucks are going to face some sort of jail time. Hope they don't see me in tha streeeeets. Naw mean? Kidding...sort of.
