So far Toronto has given us one bonafide superstar (Drake) and will likely add another once The Weeknd fully comes up. I think another top candidate might be 17-year-old (you read that right) Jazz Cartier who is dropping nonsense tracks left and right. Here's his newest entitled "Gold & Girls", showcasing Jazz confidently confronting a beat that's equal party hypnosis and go-go thumping.
