New daddy HOV took little time to celebrate the birth of his daughter Blue Ivy Carter and did so the only way he knew how. Jay and Beyonce said the birth was "emotional and extremely peaceful" and added "we are in heaven". It definitely translates through this joyful cut, especially when he samples her cry near the end. Congrats!
